Q: What should I know about my large item delivery?

 

A:  For larger products we use an LTL shipping carrier for a curbside residential delivery with lift gate and delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment prior to delivery. You are responsible to be present when the truck arrives at the delivery location. The driver will move your shipment to the rear of the truck and utilize the lift gate to get the product to the ground curbside. It is your responsibility from there move the product to the location you choose.

 

 

Q: Will the delivery driver pull into my driveway?

 

A:  Unfortunately, the carrier is not able to assume the potential liability involved, and the delivery will be curbside only.

   

 

Q: How can I track my order?

 

A:  Please refer to the tracking information sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order.

 

 

Q: My order was supposed to arrive today, but it has not!

 

A:  Please first refer to the tracking information sent to the email address you provided and check for updates. You also can contact us at sales@torquefitness.com or call us at (763) 754-7533.

 

 

Q: How long will it take for my product to ship?

 

A:  We offer same day shipping on any order that is received by 12:00pm CST Monday - Friday (excluding select holidays). Orders placed after 12:00PM will ship the next business day. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped by noon the next business day. This offer only applies to in-stock items. Orders are shipped from our Minnesota warehouse.

 

 

Q: Do you sell online outside of the continental United States?

 

A:  No, but you can contact us at sales@torquefitness.com and our sales team will connect you with an authorized dealer or our international sales team.

A:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Affirm.

A:  Assembly manuals can be found on the individual product page under the ‘downloads’ tab. They can also be found at the bottom of our website under ‘Helpful Links’. They are in PDF format and can be printed off for reference.
