I’ve had this bike for about 3 weeks now. For anyone that’s used an assault bike you’ll know how it got its name. Excellent workout for HIIT training. Bike was easy to put together - I did it myself in about an hour but may be helpful to have two people. Love the preset interval timers and the ease of creating custom intervals. Highly recommend this bike!

Workouts are great. Assembly was pretty easy and the video tutorials for assembly were very helpful

Was looking for something I could use inside when the weather doesn’t cooperate to get my cardio done outside. Great purchase! Extremely fast shipping! Ridiculously easy to assemble!

I had to take a rubber mallet to straighten out the metal so I could put it together. It was a pain but would have been worst if I had to package this thing back up to send back.
