        I love how the weights don’t create a lot of noise as standard cast iron plates. The weights can be easily gripped for various exercises given the openings in the middle. The 7’ Olympic bar is high quality as well. I made two additional bar purchases (curl bar and 5’ barbell) I liked it so much.
